Policies

  • Milton Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates are valid for services and products in store only, not refundable, or exchangeable at any time.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
  • A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  • All products must be returned with in14 days of purchase for store credit only and must be accompanied by original receipt.
  • We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.
  • We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and relax; you may be asked to fill out a profile card.
  • Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. After this grace period we consider you as a no- show, and you will be charged for the full service fee.
  • If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, and you will be responsible for the full service.
  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee on the full service booked.
  • Please do not bring valuables; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
  • Please inform your Aesthetician, Massage Therapist, or Nail Specialist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or any medication you are taking and any changes since your last treatment.
  • We kindly ask that you turn your cell phone to vibrate and speak softly once you enter the spa.
  • Children 17 and under are welcome with a guardian’s approval. Guardian must be present at the time of check- in to approve service approval. Guardians are welcome to stay in the service room during any treatment.
